I wonder if anyone recognizes this poster as Greta? I would be very happy if they did.
Greta Thunberg is a Swedish environmental activist. She became famous when she sat in front of the parliament building and went on a school strike when she was 15 years old. After that, in 2018, she started an activity called Fridays For Future (FFF). Before the COVID-19 pandemic, many young people, especially in Europe, took time off school to participate in these demonstrations on Fridays.
The phrase "How dare you!" on this poster is the phrase she used when she gave a speech at the United Nations. It is a message to adults not to continue ignoring problems and contradictions, but it also makes me feel a little scared that I haven't done anything yet.
